Kathleen M. Fung is a highly experienced attorney with over 10 years of practice advising clients on sophisticated real estate and business matters. She specializes in structuring and negotiating complex real estate investment trust (REIT) transactions and providing strategic counsel to businesses across various industries.

Ms. Fung earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law. She began her legal career as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
