Professional Experience
With more than 30 years of practice in probate, trusts, estate planning, litigation and real estate, Ms. Yee continues to enjoy handling her cases in this practice area. She has provided service to clients in numerous probate, trusts, including challenges to wills, trusts; and the related area of real property.
The cases span the spectrum of issues that arise in probate, trusts, and related litigation, when a person has passed with or without a Will or Trust.

- Mediation, court, and jury trials representing executors, trustees, or beneficiaries
- Issues relating to fraud, forged documents, undue influence, and duress over the person creating the will or trust
- Management of real property, including maintenance and tenants, in an estate of trust
- Defend or remove a trustee or executor
- Competing petitions to be appointed executor or trustee
- Partition by Sale of Real Property, when co-owners do not agree on how to handle the future of their real property
- The recovery of property stolen from a trust or estate

- Counsel in a trust department for Central Bank. The bank was appointed to act as executor or trustee
- Assistant Counsel for Transamerica Title Insurance Company handling real property title disputes, deeds of trusts, and tax liens
- Private practice representing clients in probate, trusts, contested estates and trusts, and real property transactional and disputed matters
- A graduate of the University of California Berkeley, with honors, with a Bachelors of Arts in sociology
- Juris Doctorate from the University of California College of the Law San Francisco, formerly Hastings College of the Law
